{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Michelle M. Aldamen,1 appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Sunburst USA, Inc., dba Sunburst USA International Beauty Pageant, Sunburst Beauty Pageant, Baby Contest, and Model Search. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
