{¶1} Defendant-appellant Ronald Kolb appeals from his convictions of rape and kidnapping which were entered after a jury trial in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. The first issue on appeal is whether the court erred in admitting evidence that the defense witness's boyfriend was incarcerated due to a theft conviction in order to impeach the witness by showing bias in that the victim in this case was also the victim...
