{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas following a jury verdict finding appellant guilty of murder and aggravated robbery. Because we conclude that the indictment was not defective, and the trial court committed no reversible error, we affirm.
