{¶1} In this consolidated appeal, Steven R. Lao appeals from the judgments of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas denying his "Motion for Consolidation Pursuant to Crim.R. 8(A)" in lower court Case No. 05 CR 000626 and Case No. 06 CR 000302.
