{¶1} On November 6, 2007, the Stark County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Ricardo Stinnett, on two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications and/or two counts of aiding and abetting felonious assault with firearm specifications in violation of R.C. 2903.11 and R.C. 2941.146, and one count of domestic violence in violation of R.C. 2919.25.
