{¶1} Appellant, Laura Gene Chisnell ("Laura"), appeals from the decision of the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas dismissing her cross-claim.

{¶2} Laura and the decedent, Doyle Chisnell ("Doyle") were married on September 10, 1983. Doyle had six children prior to his marriage to Laura. Doyle issued his last will and testament on February 15, 1997...
