{¶1} Defendant-Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Progressive Insurance Company, appeals the July 10, 2007 judgment of the Holmes County Court of Common Pleas to deny its motion for relief from judgment and award Plaintiff-Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Robert D.
