{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Eric I. Bettinger, appeals from the judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, in which he was sentenced to a prison term of eight years for Felonious Assault, a felony of the second degree, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2). For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
