{¶1} Appellant, Champion Mall Corporation, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, dismissing his administrative appeal and entering judgment in favor of appellees, the Board of Trustees, Champion Township, Ohio, Tim Down, Tom Tracey, and Jeff Hovanic. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
