{¶1} Appellants Susan and James Dobranchin filed a complaint in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas seeking to recover damages for injuries incurred on the sidewalk in front of 93 Oak Tree, Canfield, Ohio. Mrs. Dobranchin tripped over a water shutoff valve near the edge of the sidewalk, sustaining a variety of injuries.
