{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Michael B. Robinson, appeals from the judgment of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to a fourteen year prison term. On appeal, Robinson argues the trial court erred in permitting the State to amend the indictment; in sentencing him on counts of felonious assault, child endangerment, and domestic violence; and, in imposing consecutive sentences for an aggregate of fourteen...
