DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY

MOORE, Presiding Judge.

{¶1} Appellant Daniel Shilling appeals his conviction from the Wayne County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms.

I.

{¶2} In September 2005, Shilling was indicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition in violation of R.C. 2907.05. He moved to dismiss the charges and the trial court held a hearing on the motion in September 2006.
