{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Shafer Commercial and Industrial Services, Inc., appeals the judgment entry of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, in which the trial court reversed the magistrate's decision in part, and awarded judgment to plaintiff-appellee, J.
