In 1987, five couples and one individual, all of whom lived within a mile from what was then known as Buckeye Speedway, sued the speedway's then owner claiming that the speedway was a nuisance. The parties reached a settlement, and the trial court, in May 1988, entered a stipulated judgment entry that limited the number of practices and races...
