{¶1} After they divorced, a Hawaii court awarded Tobie Marie Thebeau and Richard Joseph Thebeau shared custody of their two children. However, when Ms. Thebeau moved to Ohio, the Hawaii court awarded legal and physical custody of the children to Mr. Thebeau.
