DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Joseph Price, filed September 10, 2007. On November 3, 2006, Price was indicted on one count of possession of crack cocaine in an amount greater than 10 grams but less than 25 grams, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A).
