OPINION

WOLFF, P.J.

{¶ 1} Appellant Linda Ngqakayi appeals from the trial court's denial of her petition on behalf of her ten-year-old granddaughter, K.N., for a domestic violence civil protection order against Linda's son, Appellee Simo Ngqakayi, who is K.N.'s father. For the following reasons, the decision of the trial court will be affirmed.
