DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, P.J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Richard Solether, appeals the September 4, 2007 judgment of the Wood County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial convicting him of rape, sentenced appellant to four years of imprisonment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's decision.
