DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SINGER, J.

{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, finding appellant guilty, following his no contest plea to robbery. Because we conclude that appellant's constitutional rights were not violated and the sentence imposed was proper, we affirm.
