OPINION
BRYANT, J.
{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, David S. Noble, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, granting the Civ.R. 60(B) motion of defendant-appellee, Michele L. Noble, which sought relief from the parties' Agreed Judgment Entry-Decree of Divorce. Because the trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting defendant's Civ.R. 60(B) motion, we affirm.
