OPINION

GRADY, J.

{¶ 1}Defendant, Toya Heard, appeals from her conviction and sentence for theft.

{¶ 2} After stealing televisions from a Walmart store, Defendant was indicted on one count of theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(1), a felony of the fifth degree. Defendant pled guilty to the theft charge. The trial court sentenced Defendant to a nine month prison term.
