{¶ 1} Aaron Anderson appeals from his conviction in the Dayton Municipal Court of aggravated menacing. Anderson's conviction resulted from his confrontation with Stephanie Shipworth, a clerk employed by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in charge of concealed weapons permits.
