{¶ 1} Randy and Donna Cooper ("Coopers") appeal the judgment of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas conditionally granting injunctive relief in favor of Richard and Brandy Huspen ("Huspens"). On appeal, the Coopers contend that the trial court erred in awarding injunctive relief in favor of the Huspens. However, the trial court's order contemplates further action and also never disposed of the Huspens...
