PETREE, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Tanya L. Greene ("Ms. Greene"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, GMAC, LLC ("plaintiff" or "GMAC"). For reasons set forth below, we reverse the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff and remand the matter with instructions.
