{¶ 1} C.C. appeals the judgment of the Clark County Probate Court in the termination of parental rights proceeding held pursuant to a petition to adopt D.M.N. and J.M.N., two of her children, filed by S.N., the children's biological father, and his wife, the children's step-mother, V.N., together "petitioners."1 In the petition, they asserted that C.C.'s consent to the adoption was not needed...
