BROGAN, J.

{¶ 1} Daniel Grimes, defendant-appellant, appeals from his conviction in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court of two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of felonious assault, and one count of theft of drugs. Grimes contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence gathered by the police in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.
