{¶1} John E. Jordan, the Decedent, attempted to execute a will that left his entire estate to his granddaughter, Erica Jordan. He had a notary at his church write out his will for him, and he signed it in the presence of the notary and a friend. However, neither the notary nor the friend signed the will as witnesses.
