{¶1} On July 23, 2004, appellee, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, filed a complaint in foreclosure against Steven M. LeMasters ("LeMasters"), the unknown spouse of Steven M. LeMasters, Allyson Kallenberg ("Kallenberg"), the unknown spouse of Allyson Kallenberg and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo"), as defendants who might have an interest in the property.
