{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Defendant-Appellant, George Robinson, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas which accepted Robinson's guilty plea to one count of burglary and one count of breaking and entering and sentenced him to a maximum consecutive prison term.
