{¶1} Appellants, Omnitronics, LLC ("Omnitronics") and Broad & Jackson, Ltd. ("Broad & Jackson"), appeal from a judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas awarding the City of Conneaut $283,517.98 for the costs of demolishing a building located on a property owned by Broad & Jackson.
