{¶1} Appellant Rayann Craig appeals the decision of the Tuscarawas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which granted permanent custody of her son, Stephen, to Appellee Tuscarawas County Job and Family Services ("TCJFS"). The relevant facts leading to this appeal are as follows.
