{¶ 1} On June 9, 2008, the magistrate issued a decision recommending that plaintiff's January 9, 2008 motion for contempt be granted, in part, such that defendant be ordered to pay sanctions, in the amount of $10, to reimburse plaintiff for damages occasioned by defendant's violating the court's August 27, 2007 injunction.
