{¶ 1} This is an appeal from the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court in which defendant-appellant, Leland Day (appellant), appeals his convictions and sentence. Appellant pled guilty to five counts of child rape with accompanying repeat violent offender specifications and an agreed twenty-year prison term with no early judicial release from prison.
