{¶1} HLS Bonding, dba SMD/HLS Bonding Company (hereinafter "HLS"), appeals the judgment of the trial court, which affirmed a cease and desist order of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (hereinafter "Commission") involving a retaliation claim by former employee Mark Glaser.
