OPINION

ROGERS, J.

{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Carl W. Egler, Jr., appeals the judgment of the Defiance County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of rape. On appeal, Egler asserts that the trial court erred by failing to dismiss a faulty indictment against him and by denying his motion for a more specific bill of particulars.
