{¶1} Appellant, April N. Reichard, appeals from the judgment of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas, denying her motion for relief from judgment, pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B), in an action to foreclose upon a mortgage. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
