{¶1} Appellant, Larry Martin, appeals from the judgment entry of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to vacate pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). At issue is whether appellant submitted sufficient evidence of excusable neglect pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B)(1) to warrant relief from the trial court's June 12, 2007 judgment.
