{¶ 1} 1) On December 12, 2007, at approximately 3:00 p.m., plaintiff, Lorrie Tripp, was traveling on the on-ramp from Mitchell Avenue in Cincinnati to Interstate 75 North when her 2002 Ford Taurus struck a pothole in the traveled portion of the roadway causing rim damage to the vehicle.
