FAIN, J.
{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Gregory K. Daniel, appeals from his conviction for Possession of Crack Cocaine. He contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion for suppression of evidence. Daniel argues that the police did not have a reasonable suspicion of criminal activity sufficient to justify the investigatory stop that yielded the evidence he sought to suppress.
