{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Deserie D. Maynard, was indicted on October 26, 2006 on one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth degree felony in violation of R.C. 2925.11. On January 29, 2007, appellant pled guilty as charged in the indictment. At the sentencing hearing held on August 15, 2007, the trial court imposed three years of community control.
