{¶1} On October 8, 2005, the Delaware County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Robert Taylor, III, on two counts of theft in violation of R.C. 2913.02, two counts of forgery in violation of R.C. 2913.31, and one count of securing writings by deception in violation of R.C. 2913.43.
