{¶ 1} Gerry Lasson appeals pro se from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of appellee Debora Beverly on her complaint seeking the refund of a deposit paid in connection with a residential lease and purchase agreement, plus statutory damages, interest, costs, and attorney fees.
