DECISION AND JUDGMENT

SINGER, J.

{¶ 1} Appellant appeals her conviction for safecracking and theft, entered on a no contest plea in the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas. Because we conclude that the trial court erred when it denied appellant's motion for discharge for want of a speedy trial, we reverse.
