Thomas, appeals from an entry of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, granting directed verdict to defendant-appellee, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company on her claim of underinsured motorist coverage ("UIM"). For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
