{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Eugene Graf (Eugene) and Linda Graf (Linda), or collectively (the Grafs), appeal the trial court's dismissal of their medical malpractice action against defendants-appellees, Robert Cirino, M.D. (Cirino) and USHC Physicians, Inc.
