ANN DYKE, J.:
{¶ 1} Defendant Meraldo Delgado appealed from the sentence imposed and was later resentenced to five consecutive one-year terms of imprisonment. He now appeals and assigns two errors for our review.
{¶ 2} On August 11, 2005, defendant was indicted on eighteen counts of vehicular assault. He subsequently pled guilty to five of the charges and the remaining charges were dismissed...
