{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Robert A. DeMarco, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, accepting his plea of no contest to Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Failure to Stop After an Accident, and sentencing him to twelve years in prison.
