OPINION

FAIN, J.

{¶ 1} Joel Edgington appeals, pro se, from a Civil Stalking Protection Order ("CSPO") entered against him in favor of Robin Walker. Edgington has failed to raise any assignments of error, however, we will construe his appellate brief as raising arguments: (1) that the trial court's decision is against the manifest weight of the evidence; and (2) that he was denied a fair hearing.
