OPINION

DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Steven L. Henry, filed June 29, 2007. On March 19, 2007, Henry was indicted on one count of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11. Henry entered a plea of not guilty, and following a jury trial in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, Henry was found guilty of felonious assault. Henry received a four year sentence.
