{¶ 1} Tony Mantle appeals from a summary judgment for United Ohio Insurance Company on its complaint for declaratory judgment. The issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial court correctly concluded that United Ohio Insurance has no duty to defend or indemnify Tony Mantle on a claim for personal injuries Nathan Sluss sustained during a fight between the two men.
